This Privacy Policy applies to HUEX PRIVATE LIMITED ("PlusCash", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated under Indian law (CIN: U74999KA2020PTC137993; ARN: 275498), headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This Policy governs how we collect, store, use, and process Personal Information via the PlusCash App, websites, chatbots, notifications, or other communication channels (collectively, the "Platform/App").
By accessing or using the PlusCash Platform/App—or providing us with your information—you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and any applicable terms & conditions. We value and respect your trust, and uphold the highest standards of data security.
This Policy is governed by applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and related Sensitive Personal Data rules), the Aadhaar Act, 2016, and others as relevant. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what's relevant and required to provide our services effectively:
- Personal Information: Name, age, gender, contact details (email/phone), nominee and KYC details (PAN, income, etc.)
- Sensitive Information: Aadhaar or Virtual ID for e-KYC (if opted-in), OTPs, bank/UPI/account details, wallet/fund balances, transaction history, investment activity, etc.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, device model, browser details, cookies, app logs, permissions (camera, mic, location), SMS data (with consent).
- Third-party Sources: Data from financial institutions, credit bureaus, government identity services (UIDAI/NSDL), employment data (if applicable), etc.
2. Purpose of Collection & Use
We employ your information to:
- Create and manage your account, verify identity, and authorize actions.
- Provide requested services - payments, investments, pledging, etc. - and fulfill KYC and regulatory obligations.
- Facilitate interactions with merchants, financial partners, and other service providers.
- Authenticate transactions and manage instruction flows (e.g., SIP, recurring payments).
- Enhance and personalize user experience, troubleshoot issues, conduct audits, and analyze usage patterns.
- Detect fraud, prevent misuse, and meet legal and compliance needs.
- Send service-related updates, and optionally offers or marketing communications with opt-out ability.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tools to:
- Identify and personalize user sessions.
- Reduce repeated login prompts and enhance convenience.
- Measure platform navigation and promotional effectiveness.
Note: Cookies don't store sensitive information, and you can disable them though some features may be affected.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We share your information strictly on a need-to-know and lawful basis, with:
- Regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law.
- Service providers and partners (e.g., KYC, payment, analytics, logistics), under confidentiality obligations.

- Retention is limited to the period necessary for service delivery, audit, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Information is erased securely once no longer needed or legally required.

- We deploy administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption for data at rest and in transit.
- Security audits, both internal and external, monitor governance and infrastructure integrity.
- You're responsible for keeping your login IDs, passwords, and OTPs confidential. Unauthorized or suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
7. Consent, Access, & Control
- Use of the Platform implies your consent to process your information in accordance with this Policy.
- You may opt out of promotional messaging at any time (email unsubscribe, in-app settings).
- You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your Personal Information, subject to legal retention obligations. Revoking e-KYC consent may affect your service.
- Authentication may be required when processing access or deletion requests to protect your data.
8. Children
Our services are not designed for individuals under 18 years of age. Users below 18 must access the Platform under responsible adult supervision.
9. Changes to this Policy
Our business evolves, and so will this Policy. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Policy sections as needed. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes—but continued use of the Platform post-publication implies acceptance. Policies will never be weakened for existing data.
